A preteen girl finds a place to call her own to enjoy a favorite pastime. On the outside of the circular shape there will be bas-reliefs depicting different stories she may have enjoyed. This piece will represent the joy books bring to an older child. The bas-reliefs would relate to the children who have read the books represented and serve to spark the interest for other children to seek out and read different books.(2001)
